I have received a faulty item. What shall I do?

We want our customers to be delighted with their purchase, and we are always ready to help, so if you think there is a fault with your item please contact us immediately so we can help.

I have received the wrong item. What shall I do?

If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will try to sort if out for you as soon as possible.

An item is missing from my order. What shall I do?

We sometimes split orders at despatch, so items may arrive separately. Please check your despatch notification emails to verify which items have been sent. If you find that an item is genuinely missing then please contact us asap.

I haven't received my item. What shall I do?

Please allow seven days for UK deliveries and 14 days for International deliveries. After this period please check at your local sorting office. If it is not at your sorting office and still not delivered after two weeks (or 28 days international) please contact us for assistance. We are always here to help.

I bought this item and now it's showing "out of stock"!

If you purchase the last item that we have in stock then it will subsequently show as out of stock – we will still be able to fulfil your order.

GENERAL ENQUIRIES

What size should I buy?

We can’t tell you which size to buy, however we aim to list items as accurately as possible stating tag sizes, UK conversions and full measurements where applicable, giving you the opportunity to choose the most suitable size. We do recommend that you use the measurements as your guide for buying rather than just the tag size, as tag sizes can vary from brand to brand.

When will you have this item / size back in stock?

We frequently replenish our core range, and we are always adding new lines. We re-stock branded items every week, so please check back in a few days.

What's your "best price"?

The price you see is our best price. We already offer fantastically low prices and we offer free UK postage and subsidised low International postage. As such we are unable to offer further discounts on items.

Do you have a catalogue?

Our full collection can be viewed here allowing you to buy what you want, when you want, 24 hours, 7 days a week. If you are concerned about whether buying online is secure, please rest assured that as an online retailer we want you to have total peace of mind when shopping with us and that's why we use systems and software that protect your purchase.

Do you have a size guide?

Each item comes with full measurements, taken from the actual garment in every available size, as well as details of the tag size and equivalent UK size where applicable.

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes, wholesale our own label lines to selected partners. To be considered for a wholesale account please apply for a wholesale account. Please note that we are unable to supply to eBay or Amazon traders.

Will you give me your suppliers' details?

Our suppliers are very specific about who they choose to work with so we are not in a position to give out their details.

DELIVERIES

How soon will I receive my order?

Orders are processed within 24 working hours of payment and are dispatched daily Monday to Friday up to 12pm. Delivery times will vary according to the postage method selected at the checkout. You will be sent an email detailing your tracking number once your order has been despatched.

UK Free Postage items are sent using Royal Mail Second Class delivery, which usually takes around 2-4 working days.

UK First Class Recorded Delivery items usually arrive within 1-2 working days. Recorded delivery items will require a signature upon delivery.

UK Special Delivery items should arrive the next day* before 1pm. (*On orders placed before 12pm, Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays)

International Deliveries: Usually arrive within 7-14 days, however please allow to 28 days for customs delays.

Do I need to sign for the delivery?

All orders are sent using recorded services which require a signature on delivery. If you are not available to sign for your parcel, you will be left a calling card telling you how you can collect it from your local sorting office or arrange a redelivery. If you are not left a card, and still have not received your item within 14 days, you can call Royal Mail on 08457 740 740 to arrange redelivery.

Will you deliver to a different delivery address?

Please ensure that your desired delivery address is specified in your order as we despatch all orders rapidly and may not have time to change your delivery address before your order is despatched. We can deliver to your home or work address, however when using a work address please ensure that there will be someone trustworthy there to take receipt of the goods as they will be delivered to the location rather than the specific recipient.

Will I be charged customs and import duties?

We are a UK based company and ship worldwide to destinations where customs charges may apply. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel for both retail and wholesale orders. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If in doubt, please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by unexpected charges.

Do you ship to BFPO addresses?

Yes.

Do you ship to PO Box addresses?

We can deliver to PO Box addresses in Australia and the US only.

Do you deliver on Bank Holidays and Sundays?

Unfortunately we cannot deliver on bank holidays or Sunday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.

Can I collect my order in person or visit your shop?

We are unable to accept personal callers.

How are your items packed?

We take great care when packing items. Parcels are plain (usually grey mailing bags). Items are sent in their factory packaging and/or wrapped in tissue paper. All items are checked before despatch.

RETURNS

How to I return my order?

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please simply return for a refund. There's no need to even contact us, simply fill out the form that was sent with your item and return it to the address provided on our "Returns and Refunds" page, and we will process your return within five working days of receipt once the item has been inspected and approved for refund.

To be approved for a refund items must be in their original unworn condition, which includes all tags and packaging such as clear display bags and shoe boxes. Worn and damaged items will be returned to sender, at sender's cost, without exception. Refunds do not cover postage costs*

Can I exchange my item?

We do not offer an exchange program at this time. To exchange your item, please return it to us for a refund, then purchase your replacement item from our eBay shop and we will send it to you quickly and seamlessly.

Can I cancel my order?

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days (from the day after you receive your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us.

In this case we will issue you with a refund. You will need to return the entire order at your cost if you have already received them, and refunds will not cover postage costs. In all cases, the goods must be in their original condition and will be inspected on their return. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we may arrange to have them collected at your cost. If you decide to cancel your order, you must let us know in writing [email is fine], quoting the order number.
